BACON NATION – making its debut at the Beaches International Jazz Festival. They are the first all “bacon centric” truck in Canada. Bacon Nation created the bacon craze at the 2012 National Exhibition and has now put the craze on wheels.

BERLIN 95 – introducing a brand new German food truck from the makers of The Scrumptious Spud. They will be selling authentic and traditional German Food in a new generation kind of way.

BLUE DONKEY STREATERY – the very first Greek food truck in Ontario. Voted by Torontonians as both the best looking truck and best Greek food at the AwesTRUCK Awards .

BUSTER’S SEA COVE – a legend at Toronto’s St Lawrence Market. Buster’s lobster roll and seafood dishes have been featured on “Eat Street” and mentioned prominently in Toronto Life magazine.

FIDEL GASTRO’S – owner Matt Basaille brings his Cuban inspired ole sandwiches and culinary creations on four wheels to “the people”. Fidel Gastro’s has been featured in national magazines for his creative food flair. There’s a reality show based on his adventures – “Rebel With No Kitchen”.

GORILLA CHEESE – specializing in high-end grilled cheese sandwiches, from the classic O.G. (Aged Cheddar & Mozzarella on White or Multigrain Bread) to specialty sandwiches like the Lumberjack (Bacon, Granny Smith Apple Slices, Maple Syrup, Aged Cheddar on White Bread) and tons of other unique choices. They use only the best locally sourced ingredients.

HANK DADDY’S BARBECUE – Toronto’s first mobile smokehouse and original home of the pulled pork parfait. This truck was also named one of Canada’s best food trucks by Sharp Magazine and featured on “Eat St”. All meat is smoked on board to ensure quality and freshness.

I LOVE CHUITOS – this Mexican specialty is made of a sweet-dough spiral, deep-fried, coated with cinnamon and sugar and served plain or filled with chocolate, caramel or jam; and prepared right in front of the customer’s eyes, with fresh ingredients.

LOCALISTA – localista food truck brings the agricultural abundance of southwestern Ontario to the city streets. Offering a rotating menu that highlights locally grown products prepared with style, taste and diversity & catered uniquely based on chef and event! Favourites include: flank steak, grilled chicken, and pulled turkey.

SWAT FOOD TRUCK – The Sandwiches With A Twist (SWAT) team is bent on serving up meaty justice with taste. Their well-trained Philly cheesesteak takes the point, but the Canadian Maple smoked back bacon on a brioche and pulled wiener are close on its heels.

THE FRANKIE FETTUCCINE FOOD TRUCK CO – The Frankie Fettuccine Food Truck Co. is Canada’s first pasta-themed gourmet food truck. The chefs, Frank and Anthony, use only the finest local ingredients to create a food truck menu unlike any other.

TORONADO POTATO – Tornado Potato may have started out as a hobby but it’s now turned into something much greater! They refuse to use anything but premier grade PEI potatoes. Each potato is hand-picked, hand-cut and crafted onto a bamboo skewer and fried in the purest Clear Canola Oil to “golden perfection.”

ULTIMATE PHILLY CHEESE STEAK – Ultimate Philly Cheese Steak is a family owned and operated food truck from London Ontario. Since the opening they have treated every customer like they were a part of the family.
